yesterday
Yesterday, I was blessed to go to my friend’s house and hold her grandson. I wrote about him on Mother’s Day. Other than the suture lines on his head, he’s a perfectly wonderful baby. I fed him. He has an amazing appetite. He is cuddly and adorable. His family seems to have a good handle on the situation and are cherishing the time they have with him. He is under care of Hospice and he can only be taken out of the house for doctor visits. His visitors are limited, too, to cut down on chances of infection.
After visiting them, I went to get my supper. I went to the local chinese food establishment. It had been raining all day. When I came out, I was greeted by this:That is a double rainbow, and below you can (barely) see the entire main rainbow.
I felt doubly blessed yesterday.

RYC: Yes I have many times had the same thought and I am sure if someone in that feild set their minds to it, something could be invented however, the loss of money if something like that was invented would be high. I hate to say this but it is reality, illness makes people money. I mean realistically having the esophagas stretched pays off for the Doc that does that procedure but does it really give the patient anything in the long run. Nope. Then there is all the money made from people that have stomach issues which eventually lead to bowel issues so it affects a whole range of Doc’s. Illness is horrible but it it also sadly is big buisness for some.
What beautiful rainbows!
