• Happy birthday to Kitty375!  I can remember hers because I am
  exactly one year older than she. So, yeah, happy Birthday to me, too!

  Here’s another one of those thingy’s that I thought was fun:

  1. Who was President of the Untied States when you were born? Eisenhower

   

   2. Do you know what Day of the week you were born? What time of the day?  Sunday, I believe
  

   

   3. Were you born at home? A hospital? The front seat of your parents car?  In a hospital

   

   4. Have you ever researched your family tree? Yes Did you find out anything interesting?Probably  only interesting to me

   5. How old where you when you first started school? 5 almost six
  

   

   6. Can you name a teacher from your years of attending grammar school? I can name all of them, but my favorite was Mr. Brady.

   7. How old were you when you developed your first crush on a boy/girl? 5What was his/her first name?

  Kenny, but his nickname was Brother.  He lived next door.
  

   8. Did you graduate high school?Yes Do you know the date of your graduation? June 7 of 1977

   

   

   9. Did you attend college? Yes Do you know the date of your graduation?  I
  went to University of Akron , but didn’t continue due to lack of
  ambition and money.  I graduated from the  Practical Nurse
  Program of Canton City Schools in  Sept. of 1981

   

  10. What was your first job? I worked as a dietary aide at Aultman Hospital
  

  11. Are you married? If so, how did you meet your spouse? Was it love at first sight? 

  It
  definitely was love at first site. I met him at my sister’s
  home.  He worked with my future brother-in-law. He had given roses
  to a friend of ours and I joked that I’d like some roses too.

  12. How long did you date your spouse before the two you married? about 4 weeks
  

   

  13. What month of the year were you married in? Were you married in the morning? The afternoon? The evening?  Oct. 28, 1989 at about 4:30 p.m.
  

   

  14. Were you married by the clergy, or did you have a civil ceremony? civil ceremony

   

  15. Were you nervous during your wedding ceremony? Of course 

  16. After your wedding, did you and your spouse go away for a honeymoon?  

  Nope, we just went out to celebrate with my family and friends
  

  17. Does your spouse get along with your mother? Your father? He gets along with both.  Better than he gets along with his own parents. I had a one year old son at the time and my father had to approve of my husband.  He still approves.
  18. Do you  get along with your mother-in-law?Not really.They live next door, but I rarely see them.Which can be good. Your father-in-law? I like him and his irascible ways.  

  19. Do you have any children? What are their ages? We have 
  our son, 17, whom my husband  adopted.  There are three
  children to his previous marriage but we don’t see them.
  

  20. Do you live in a large city? A small town? The country? The beach? We live in the country.

   

  21. Do you live in a house? An apartment? A condominium? A house trailer? I live in a house.

   

  22. How many trees are there on the property where you live? How many buildings? Many along the edges and eight in the yards.
  

   

  23. Do you have a “green” thumb when it comes to plants and flowers? My thumb is sort of greenish brown.

   

  24. How many bedrooms are there in the place where you live? How many floors? 2 bedrooms, one floor
  

   

  25. How is your home decorated? Modern Contemporary? Country? Early American? country.

   

  26. Would you say your home is neat and tidy? A huge mess? Or somewhere in between? Somewhere in between.

   

  27. Do you own more than one vehicle? Yes we have three station wagons right now.
  

   

  28. What is your occupation? Would you change it if you could?  I am a nurse at the county home.  I just began this job six months ago.I’m not interested in changing.

   

  29. What is your spouse’s occupation? Steelworker
  

  30. Do you have children in school? yes

   

  31. Where did you and your family go on your last vacation? stayed at home

   

  32. Do you sew? Cross stitch? Embroider? Crochet? Knit? I used to do all of those mentioned but my eyes aren’t as good as they used to be.

  33. Do you play a musical instrument? Paint? Write poetry? Sculpt? Do crafts? I write, paint, and make bugs from light bulbs!

  34. Do you have a good singing voice? Some people have said so.
  

   

  35. Do you participate in any sports? physical work? No sports.

  36. Do you exercise regularly? I try to walk at least three times a week.
  

   

  37. Do you like taking photographs of your family and friends? Are you good at it? I do enjoy taking pictures. I think I feel inspired at times.
  

  36. Are you a good cook? I have occasional bouts of victual inspiration- rare.   My men do not brag about my cooking.
  

  
  

   

  37. Do you ever bake cookies? What is your favorite cookie? I do a couple of times a year. I enjoy cow patty cookies- they have everything in them. 

   

  38. Do you “collect” anything? blue glass and creamers

  Do you consider yourself a democrat? A republican? An independent? Or
  do you consider it none of your friends business? I am a registered Democrat.  

  40. What religion are you? I was raised in the Church of Christ and now attend a Methodist church
  

   

  41.Do you ever get down on your hands and knees to pray? I pray many times a day.  Maybe not on my knees.
  

   

  41. Do you believe God answers your prayers? Yes.

   

  42. Are you afraid of dying? Are you afraid of death? No

  43. Do you believe there is life after death? Yes, I believe there is an afterlife
  

   

  44. Have you ever felt the spiritual presence of a deceased love one? yes, more than once.

   

  45. Do you know anyone who has ever committed suicide? A cousin, my brother’s girlfriend and my son’s teacher

   

  46. Have you ever thought of taking your own life? no

   

  47. Do you ever have any physic thoughts? No,
  if the word really is “Physic”.  Since my gastric bypass I have
  not had a problem with regularity.  If the word is “psychic” the
  answer is yes.  I have an eerie connection with my mother.
  

   

  48. Would you live your life over again if given the chance? I am content with my life.

   

  49. Do you ever read a newspaper? yes, two actually, every day.

   

  50. Where do you typically get your news from? TV? Radio? Newspaper? Magazines? Tabloids? Newspaper, tv, radio
  

   

  51. What type of radio station do you typically listen to?  Rock

   

  52. Have you ever seen a celebrity up close? Yes

   

  53. What type of music do you like to listen to? Everything, including country, but only a little rap.

   

  54. Do you watch much TV? It always seems to be on, but I rarely watch it.

  55. Are you tired of answering these many questions?  yeah.

  It was homecoming weeked at Ali’s (Roger’s girlfriend) school. 
  They had a good time.  She is such a beautiful girl, in all
  ways.  He’s a lucky guy and he knows it.
